Donald M. Rowe

Don Rowe is the founding member and managing partner of Rowe & Sitzler, P.C. Upon graduation from law school in 1974, Don served honorably for 3 years as a Judge Advocate General in the United States Navy, specializing in criminal defense. Since that time he has been involved in all phases of general practice in and around Bedford, Virginia. He has also appeared Pro Hac Vice and/or been associated as counsel in New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, Missouri, Mississippi, and California.

Emily Rowe Sitzler

Emily Rowe Sitzler, a native of Bedford, joined the firm in 2004. She practices in the fields of family law, juvenile criminal defense,adult criminal defense, traffic defense, general civil litgation and personal injury.

Practicing in the Superior and Inferior Courts throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia and specifically in Bedford County, Campbell County, City of Lynchburg, Roanoke County, Roanoke City, Botetourt County and throughout Central and Southwest Virginia

Since finishing law school and receiving his license to practice law, Gary is very excited about the opportunity to return home to central Virginia and serve in the community where he was raised.
